Follow Allendale on social media to stay tuned for the next community potluck. GardenShare Project Garden season is approaching. Have you (or someone in the neighbourhood you know of) found that you cannot keep up the vegetable garden? The GardenShare project teams up untended backyard gardens, with able gardeners who lack a garden. There are benefits for both. It could help a senior stay at home longer. Produce can be shared. Each arrangement can be custom-tailored. We are looking to build an inventory of possible gardens in Allendale. Join the Allendale Pet Sitting Group Do you have pets or wish you did? The community league is currently developing a group of residents to help look after each other's furry friends. It's a great way to connect with other animal enthusiasts and find convenient, local care for your fur babies. If you're interested in joining the group, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, attention: "Pet Sitting". Moved into Allendale? Welcome! There is a new initiative to personally welcome residents who are new to Allendale. Please contact email@example.com and put “Newcomer” into the subject line. Thank you!
