Many City programs and services have been adjusted or impacted due to COVID-19 and/or staffing and budget constraints. This search tool is updated regularly to help you and your community stay in the know as the City reopens some programs and services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the communities of Queen Alexandra and Allendale are partnering to help meet the needs of our residents.
If you are self-isolating, quarantined or are high-risk, we would like to make sure that you have the assistance that you need to stay healthy and comfortable in your home. So if you need help with shopping, prescription pick up, online socialization options, etc, please complete the form on the Queen Alexander website www.qacl.ca/covid (preferred), email covid@qacl.ca, or phone 780-439-9046.
