Unlock your body’s potential this (re)new year with CIRCL Mobility!

CIRCL Mobility is an alternative to Yoga-style stretching that will unlock your body’s potential through flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion, and renew your core capabilities so you can move better, longer.

Tammy Clark (lead) is a fitness instructor licensed to teach CIRCL Mobility and several types of Zumba.

Class is 8 sessions, Monday afternoons in January (Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29), February (Feb. 5, 12, 26) and on March 4th to make up for Family Day.

1:15 – 2:00PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortable.

Pre-register to attend by emailing Class is $70 for 8 sessions. That’s only $8.75 a class! We accept cash, cheque and e-transfers (please inquire).

Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult. For your comfort, bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfy clothes. A minimum of 6 registrants are needed for the class to proceed.
