CIRCL mobility – new sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays!

CIRCL mobility is now available on both Mondays and Wednesdays!

What is CIRCL Mobility?

CIRCL Mobility is an alternative to Yoga-style stretching that will unlock your body’s potential through flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion, and renew your core capabilities so you can move better, longer.

Tammy Clark (lead) is a fitness instructor licensed to teach CIRCL Mobility and several types of Zumba.

Details:

Monday and Wednesday sessions are separate classes. If you would like to attend both, please indicate that you’d like to sign up for both classes ($140).

Monday sessions: 1:15 to 2:00pm, March 11 – May 13 (no April 1 or April 29), 8 weeks, $70
Wednesday sessions: 1:15 to 2:00pm, March 13 – May 15 (no April 3 or May 1), 8 weeks, $70

Pre-register to attend by emailing tclark1307@gmail.comA minimum of 6 registrants are needed for the class to proceed.

We accept cash and cheque. Please inquire if you want to pay by e-transfer.

Location: Allendale Hall, 6330 105A St NW

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortable. Teens are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult. For your comfort, bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfy clothes.
