One Fire Singers was born May 2008. They have released 3 successful albums which sold out within 1 month of release. The goal of the group is to share new songs, a new style, and to keep young singers interested. This group performed an opening show for the TRC In Edmonton, and they have sang and performed for The GOA Children Services, the Town of Whitecourt annually, and the Edmonton Conference on Supporting Families of Missing or Murdered Persons.  Their music has a smooth vibe.

“Thank you for the invite. We hope you enjoy!”

LIVE in Allendale: Great North Ukulele Collective

Allendale Community League is pleased to present the Great North Ukulele Collective in Allendale Park! Bring your own chair/ blanket.

Taking inspiration from the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, The Great North Ukulele Collective loves arranging great tunes for the ukulele and adding vocals. Four ukuleles and five voices combine to provide a listening journey you’ll love to sing along to, with songs from Amy Winehouse, Marvin Gaye, Crowded House, George Michael, Fleetwood Mac, and a host of others in between.

Please make a cash donation at the event for the musicians and the league. This event is both a fundraiser for Allendale and a celebration of local neighbourhood music talent. You may choose to drop-in, although keep in mind we have capacity limitations due to COVID-19. Please secure your spot through your Eventbrite ticket at this link.
