Come join us for a walk! Allendale Community League is piloting a walking club, and you’re invited!
How it works:
We will meet at the hall (6330 105A st) at 2pm on Sunday, March 3rd, 17th, and 31st. Then we will set out on a round-trip walk for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. We’ll return to the hall at the end of the walk.
-Participation is free!
-You don’t need to attend every walk.
-Everyone can walk at their own preferred pace.
-Dogs (well-behaved) are welcome! If you bring your dog, you are responsible for their behaviour and for cleaning up after them.
-Please ensure kids have a guardian present.
-No bathroom will be available, as we won’t have access to the hall.
-If you meet a new walking buddy, feel free to branch off and meet on your own time.
After March, walking group leaders will assess whether or not to continue meeting regularly and what changes to implement, if any.
