Big Bin is run by volunteers, so please wait patiently in the line and follow instructions from volunteers closely. We want this to be a fun, useful, and safe event!
June 22nd, 10am – 2pm, Allendale School parking lot (6415 106 St NW)
We do not accept:
- Mattresses (except foam ones), fridges, freezers or photocopiers
- Hazardous waste: paint, batteries, chemicals (eg. any liquids, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
- Propane tanks or fire extinguishers
- Dead animals
- Manure
- Tires
- Railway ties
- Dirt, sod, or cement
- Lights, batteries (eg. car batteries, loose batteries)
- Hazardous material (paint, solvents, chemicals)
We WILL have bins for Goodwill, electronics, and metal (without CFCs, like stoves or dryers), as well as the good old bins for large items.
