Allendale Community League is looking for a contract (part-time, as needed) handyperson for the maintenance and repair of community assets. This includes fixing sheds, benches, and fences; maintaining power equipment; trimming trees; mowing; weeding and basic grounds maintenance; snow removal; and other odd jobs as they arise.
This position will assist in finding tradespeople for various jobs and will solicit quotes to present to the Board. They must have their own tools and be responsive to community needs.
The position will pay $25.00 per hour for up to 15 hours per month (there may not be significant work every month so income is not guaranteed). Purchase of materials required for repair or maintenance will be reimbursed if accompanied by receipts. This position reports to the Operations Director.
